Position Summary
The Client Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position often represents BBA Aviation, engaging with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. The Specialist is responsible for managing concierge services and ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and accurately, in line with company protocols. While customer service is paramount, the role also involves significant computer-based tasks that require attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Relations Specialist is expected to:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Enhance client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and suggesting additional services.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from vendors, clients, and colleagues.
- Process client transactions accurately in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our services, facilities, and surrounding areas to assist clients effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Provide a range of concierge services, including making reservations and coordinating transportation.
- Assist clients with luggage and other needs as required.
- Follow emergency protocols during critical situations.
- Recommend enhancements to operational standards and practices to management.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Comply with security protocols as mandated by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours and services rendered.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license where applicable.
- A professional demeanor.
- The ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to different weather conditions.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Preferred experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service.
