Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to enhance our client support operations.

Key Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Full Time, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Perform reception duties, welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Execute data entry tasks accurately
  • Respond to telephone inquiries promptly
  • Verify, reschedule, and manage appointments
  • Take messages for staff or direct calls to voicemail
  • Address client inquiries and confirm demographic information
  • Process co-payments, inputting data into the system and generating receipts
  • Reconcile daily monetary transactions and submit to accounting
  • Conduct reminder calls for upcoming appointments
  • Scan and fax documents as needed
  • Notify therapists of client arrivals and manage appointment schedules
  • Provide appointment verification for clients upon request
  • Participate in required training sessions
  • Attend staff meetings regularly
