As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to department leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and scheduling.
  • Assist with light clerical duties, such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Help with the general operations of the administrative office.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate logistics for department events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Reception experience.
  • Financial reconciliation experience.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
