We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Undisclosed in New Orleans.

Job Description

This role is critical in supporting our Sales and Project Management teams, ensuring efficient and organized operations across various projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, customer service, and time management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to Sales and Project Managers
  • Coordinating project setup and tracking open leads and projects
  • Managing the Subcontractor Portal and communicating with clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in construction or engineering fields is preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a construction or technical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
