About the Role: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Legal Administrator and Office Manager to join our team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  2. Oversee the firm's information technology systems, ensuring all software and hardware are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  3. Manage the firm's finances and billing programs, including invoicing clients, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
  4. Supervise support staff and personnel, delegating tasks and providing training and development as needed.
  5. Handle secretarial duties, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining legal records.
  6. Assist in human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  7. Coordinate office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and relationships with vendors and service providers.
The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
