Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Expeditors. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing documentation, and communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, handle, and process various documents, including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
  • Shipment Information Update: Timely update shipment information into our operating system for efficient freight dispatch and supply chain management.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams through high volumes of email, phone calls, instant messages, and in-person interactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field, and one year of work experience in a customer service-related role.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience.
