Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential DSP Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential DSP Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the work of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support and assist members with developmental disabilities in developing/enhancing basic living and other life skills, promoting independence and individual choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise DSPs to ensure quality services are provided to members.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each member.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching and training to DSPs.
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona Licensing Standards and The Opportunity Tree's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Arizona driver's license with a non-restricted motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and represent The Opportunity Tree in the community.
  • Successfully meet AZ-DPS requirements for a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
