Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential DSP Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential DSP Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the work of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support and assist members with developmental disabilities in developing/enhancing basic living and other life skills, promoting independence and individual choice.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise DSPs to ensure quality services are provided to members.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each member.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching and training to DSPs.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Licensing Standards and The Opportunity Tree's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Arizona driver's license with a non-restricted motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and represent The Opportunity Tree in the community.
- Successfully meet AZ-DPS requirements for a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
