Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Lesaffre Yeast Corporation. As a key member of our Phileo Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM software.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French.
