Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at L&R USA, Inc. as a Billing and Customer Service Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Process invoices, statements, and billing inquiries, and investigate and correct billing discrepancies.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, update account information, and manage customer records.
  • Order Processing: Enter orders, verify customer requirements, and process merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax, or email.
  • Quality Control: Perform daily and weekly operational invoicing audits, identify and resolve billing discrepancies, and manage customer account setup and changes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma, degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three-five years' experience in billing and customer service, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Intermediate skills level in Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with customer management database systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, organize, multi-task, plan, and set priorities with minimal supervision, and work independently and in team settings.
