Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
