Regional Sales Director

Are you a talented sales professional looking to craft innovative sales strategies, nurture client connections, and achieve sales objectives? This position entails pinpointing, engaging with, and introducing our offerings to potential and current clients in the Greater Madison Area and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team's goals
