Regional Sales Leader

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to join our team at The Avers Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Utilize our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream
  • Stay up-to-date on client relationships and ensure ongoing development
  • Collaborate with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Compensation:

$80,000+ per year, with opportunities for commission-based earnings
