Job Opportunity

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the Huntsville and Decatur territory. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and growing and maintaining new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in rotating equipment
  • Identify and pursue new sales and service opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial supplies
  • Customer-service oriented mentality
  • Computer literacy
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience generating proposals and solutions
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work productively with minimal supervision

Additional Information:

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. and driving to and from customer locations. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
