Leadership Opportunity

At JASON NEAL, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will also lead a small team to perform these tasks, becoming an expert in training and developing team members. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
