About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Appian. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex sales cycles from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Appian as a leader in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of direct selling experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an Enterprise Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and a strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong industry knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
