IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Deployed Services, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software applications, and other technical equipment.
- Utilize a ticket management system to record, update, and resolve tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless technical support and resolution of complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best possible support to our clients and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT or business systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, and other software applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ManageEngine.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
