PrideStaff is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all facets of Human Resources functions and procedures. This role is pivotal in aligning business requirements with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives.


The primary aim is to foster organizational values and drive business success through proficient human resources management, which encompasses job structuring, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, employee training & development, lifecycle management, and facilities oversight.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the recruitment lifecycle
  • Administering weekly payroll via ADP Total Source
  • Managing employee benefits (insurance and retirement plans)
  • Coordinating employee schedules and paid time off
  • Revising procedures as needed
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Developing innovative recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager (5-8 years minimum)
  • Proficient in ADP systems
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations and candidate screening
  • Experience in managing group insurance programs
  • Familiarity with retirement account management
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication skills

Job Type:
