Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist in the U.S. Army, you will play a vital role in supporting your fellow Soldiers in their Army careers. Your responsibilities will include providing promotion and future training information, ensuring the necessary support is provided to commanders across all branches, and overseeing official documentation such as ID cards and tags. You will also learn computer programs that keep personnel data up to date.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident with a valid green card.
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma or a G.E.D.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening.
  • Must be interviewed within 7 days of being contacted.
  • Age requirement: 17-40.

This position is for the United States Army Reserves or Active Duty. You will be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and ensuring the necessary support is provided to commanders across all branches. You will also learn computer programs that keep personnel data up to date.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
