Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
* Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions
* Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, accidents, and training

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in a safety role, with a strong background in construction safety
* Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences, or related field
* OSHA 10hr, OSHA 30hr, and OSHA 40hr training certifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
