We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Document safety inspections and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a safety professional in a construction environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences or equivalent certification (e.g., ASP, CHST).
  • OSHA 10hr and OSHA 30hr certifications.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
