**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for production staff on quality and food safety procedures.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure that all quality and food safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or control role in the food industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Cereal Chemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control and food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
