About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a transformational leader with a deep understanding of business and management skills, as well as a strong background in nonprofit management and/or nonprofit board work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and community engagement, with a strong network of relationships across private, public, corporate, labor, and nonprofit sectors.

What We Offer

Aloha United Way offers a competitive compensation package, including a target annual salary of $180,000 - $220,000. We are committed to creating a sustainable and equitable future for our community, and we are seeking a leader who shares our vision and values.
