Team Overview:
ManpowerGroup is on the lookout for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Protection team. This role focuses on evaluating, designing, and executing solutions for safeguarding sensitive information and preventing data breaches. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in security practices, including effective Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and an understanding of multi-layered security defenses (Endpoint, Proxy, Infrastructure) to develop and implement robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, and implement data protection strategies.
  • Lead or engage in technical investigations of security incidents and conduct post-incident digital forensics to identify root causes and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide security advisory services to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and standards.
  • Develop, document, and oversee a foundational set of security requirements and controls.
  • Leverage expertise in industry-leading security solutions and best practices to implement components of information security, including availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate and influence professionals at all levels, including management.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering.
  • 3+ years in leadership or technical strategy roles focused on Data Loss Prevention/Data Protection.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing security metrics.
  • Strong understanding of data security risks and controls, including configuration and vulnerability management, directory services content filtering, Internet proxies, and log management solutions.
  • Experience with Cloud Data Protection or Cloud DLP implementations.
  • Familiarity with Proxy, endpoint, and mobile security.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to address real-time issues and incidents.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing effective long-term solutions for complex challenges.
  • Experience in leading the design and implementation of security techniques.
