Customer Success Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website.
  • Address customer pain points and implement solutions to enhance product usability and customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Support product launches, meet product requirements, and manage invoicing.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer support experience.
  • 1+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, and Zendesk required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
Position Information:
  • Pays $23-$25/hour.
  • Temporary position for 4 months.
  • Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
