Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting and engaging with our customers, developing relationships with our internal teams, and assisting in drafting and tracking success plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with our customers to understand their history, business outcomes, and goals
- Develop relationships with our Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Support, and Sales teams
- Prepare and attend customer cadence calls, tracking notes and action items
- Assist in drafting and tracking success plans and related assets/activities
- Collaborate in preparing executive read-outs on customer health, assist in preparing QBRs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or Governmental Studies
- Strong writing and editing skills are essential
- Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and a quick learner of new technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and judgment
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a good sense of humor
- Interest in learning about and sharing in our mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation date of December 2021 or May 2022
- Previous intern or communications experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
