Product Customer Success Manager

Airlines Reporting Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Product Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our products by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure long-term success

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
