  • Competitive Salary Range: $72,000 - $200,000.00 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance and Insurance Management: Oversee all finance and insurance operations, assisting clients in securing financing, preparing documentation, and offering extended service contracts and protection products.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all financial transactions and legal documents are completed correctly and comply with applicable laws and dealership policies.
  • Client Engagement: Welcome clients, evaluate their financing needs, inform them about financial options, and guide them in making informed decisions.
  • Lender Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable interest rates and financing options.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales department to ensure seamless referrals to the finance department and keep them informed about financing and leasing options.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage finance transactions, including lender approvals and timely funding, while adhering to company policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction Focus: Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction in every transaction, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Meet established Client Satisfaction Index scores and Sales and Finance objectives. Prepare and review daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Compliance Oversight: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Finance Manager or in a finance and insurance capacity within the automotive sector is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Familiarity with state and federal finance regulations and dealership policies.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in evaluating credit reports, and expertise in securing loan approvals.
  • License: A valid and clean driver's license is required.
