Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial operations of the dealership
  • Maintain a robust accounting system and implement effective controls and budgets
  • Facilitate communication across various teams
  • Establish, manage, and train office personnel while coordinating schedules
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions in line with company policies
  • Handle payroll processing

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Manager within the Automotive Sector
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all organizational levels
  • High proficiency in Excel is strongly preferred
  • Skilled in setting and achieving goals while meeting deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive field
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
