We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and determine their needs to present appropriate products and services.
- Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Inventory Management: Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed.
- Knowledge and Communication: Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discuss available options, and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
