Fire Sprinkler Systems Installation and Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced leader in the fire protection industry to join our team as a Fire Sprinkler Systems Installation and Repair Specialist. This is a full-time position requiring experience in overseeing and project managing multiple fire system installations, repairs, and modifications.
About the Role- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and ancillary systems in accordance with NFPA codes and local standards.
- Perform periodic fire system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs and improvements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operational product manuals to complete installations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and bids for new system installations and repairs.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members in the field.
- 8+ years of experience in installation, service, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler and ancillary fire protection systems.
- 2+ years of project management experience, including overseeing construction crews.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in fire sprinkler systems and pipefitting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation precision, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and lead teams, with proficiency in fixed fire suppression systems and knowledge of NFPA codes.
- Clean driving record and current driver's license.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
