About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at The Boyd Group.

Job Summary:

The Collision Repair Specialist will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. This involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while providing exceptional customer service and achieving repair facility KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles using various tools and techniques
  • Ensure quality repairs and meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve repair facility goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in collision repair
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
