About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and control systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and effectively, minimizing energy consumption and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and control systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues, developing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including logs and reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in a related field, preferably in mechanical systems or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
