Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management:

  • Create detailed program plans encompassing timelines, deliverables, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee project schedules and guarantee the delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Manage program execution while providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
  • Document meeting discussions meticulously and distribute minutes in a timely manner.
  • Compile and organize materials for meetings to ensure effective dialogue.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for future reference by stakeholders.

Stakeholder Relations and Communication:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Encourage open communication channels and inspire project team members.
  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding strategy and business priorities for effective project execution.
  • Prepare and present communications to various organizational levels, demonstrating a clear understanding of corporate communication principles.

Change Management and Strategic Problem Solving:

  • Design and implement change management strategies for complex project execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve a range of intricate problems with significant business implications.
  • Engage stakeholders to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance to new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking to devise effective solutions.

Risk Management and Resource Allocation:

  • Oversee project risks through the creation and maintenance of tracking reports and tools.
  • Utilize established methodologies to foresee potential issues.
  • Optimize resource utilization while managing project constraints related to scope and timelines.
  • Ensure accountability for project outcomes by monitoring progress and addressing obstacles.

Knowledge Sharing and Process Improvement:

  • Document project methodologies, best practices, and success narratives.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through training sessions and comprehensive documentation.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies by developing new processes, policies, and systems.
  • Evaluate the impact of programs on efficiency, data integrity, decision-making quality, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic and operational planning for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Experience in managing data transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as OneData or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and business insight.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and facilitation.
  • An engineering background is a plus.
