Job Summary:

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting comprehensive proposals, and negotiating competitive pricing structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or media sales environment.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Physical Demands:

  • This role requires frequent travel, with a minimum of 50% of time spent on the road.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
