Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers to promote our services and facilitate referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services to hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and healthcare providers to increase referrals and promote our services
  • Conduct daily rounds in assigned hospitals to identify new referral opportunities and assess patient care needs
  • Communicate patient information to our admissions team to ensure seamless transitions
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our services and facilities to effectively promote our brand
  • Participate in marketing events and activities to promote our services and build relationships with healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Valid LPN or RN nursing license in the state of Wisconsin
