About the Role

TorkLaw is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Marketing Director to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our firm's goals and enhance our brand visibility and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Lead and Expand the Marketing Department: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Manage Marketing Budgets: Oversee significant budgets for traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
  • Spearhead Digital Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads and elevate online presence.
  • Enhance Client Engagement: Develop and implement community and event marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Data: Analyze market trends and marketing data to continuously refine our marketing efforts and improve performance.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work collaboratively across departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven Marketing Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a professional services or law firm setting.
  • Strong Background in Digital Marketing: Demonstrated success in improving online visibility and lead generation through digital marketing channels.
  • Expertise in Managing Traditional Media: Experience managing traditional media and advertising buys, with a keen understanding of optimizing marketing spend.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and marketing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience Managing Budgets: Experience managing budgets in excess of $3 million.
