We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a profitable base of target and core dealers within assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to communicate new products, services, and prices
  • Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within assigned branches
  • Ensure customers have all necessary information about products sold
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within territory
  • Expand knowledge base of the company's products and features
  • Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and company policies
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient sales ability with a robust sales plan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

The Territory Sales Manager position requires travel to/from customer sites and occasional travel for company meetings/events. Legal authorization for employment in the United States is required.
