About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Daikin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop remedial action plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong sales ability, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems like CRM.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
