Job Description

At SpotOn, we're on a mission to empower local businesses to succeed with our innovative software and technology solutions. As a Hospitality Specialist, you'll play a key role in promoting our full product suite and building strong relationships with local business owners and restaurant operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent SpotOn in your local community, offering advanced technology solutions to help businesses grow and thrive
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new business owners and merchants
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish, with a focus on selling software and point-of-sale solutions, as well as payment processing
  • Work closely with our extended Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering against sales goals
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of CRM principles
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
