Overview: The Marketing team plays a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, analyzing market dynamics, and evaluating competitive landscapes to guide business strategies. This function is responsible for executing strategies through the development, commercialization, and oversight of relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
  • Possess 4-8 years of experience in marketing, finance, strategy, customer experience, business development, or data analytics.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in data analysis, primary and secondary research, and market intelligence.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred technical expertise includes experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms, SQL, AlphaSense or related market intelligence tools, and Alteryx.
  • Showcase strong communication abilities.
  • Display a robust sense of curiosity and initiative to derive data-driven insights for commercial teams.
  • Conduct independent research on market intelligence platforms, analyze complex datasets across various systems, and execute surveys to derive meaningful insights for the organization.
  • Perform competitor analysis and assess market trends to formulate strategies that enhance revenue growth.
  • Assist the marketing team in providing necessary datasets or insights to implement market strategies.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions to complex challenges aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Effectively analyze intricate data sources and distill findings into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge and understanding of concepts and principles to manage diverse tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures.
  • Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
  • Engage in complex projects of significant scope.
  • Work independently with general guidance on new initiatives.
  • May mentor less experienced team members.
  • Establish standard tracking mechanisms for event and conversion metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with digital and channel marketing teams to test, measure, analyze, and optimize content performance across channels to enhance customer engagement and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Create consistent dashboards and develop models for data presentation, enabling the marketing team to leverage insights for optimizing campaign performance.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,500 - $130,035.
