- Comprehensive knowledge of GBS Corp and the healthcare industry
- In-depth training in Business Development, Sales Methodologies, and Customer Relations
- Conduct research to create a list of potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives for follow-up campaigns
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Formulate sales strategies in conjunction with Supervisor and Sales Team
- Employ a solution-oriented sales approach for all GBS products and services
- Effectively manage time to achieve sales targets
- Secure new business opportunities
- Work alongside team members on significant account prospects
- Engage in client site visits for project discussions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet navigation
- Collaborative team player with robust project management capabilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
