We are seeking a committed Lead Environmental Consultant to enhance our Environmental Services division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our capabilities in managing indoor air quality, soil vapor, and the mitigation and remediation of soil and groundwater.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial management for various projects
  • Support the expansion of our Environmental Services division
  • Engage in business development as a Seller-Doer
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to team members as necessary

As a Lead Environmental Consultant, your impact will be felt through:

  • Enhancing our mitigation and remediation service offerings
  • Fostering relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Facilitating the professional growth of staff in the region
  • Leading projects with both financial and technical oversight
  • Identifying opportunities for team expansion

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science or engineering
  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience
  • 5+ years in the field of environmental consulting
  • Proven expertise in mitigation and remediation techniques for local sites
  • Demonstrated business development acumen in the regional market
  • Experience in managing personnel and projects
  • Professional registration (P.E. or P.G.) is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceptional client service
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
