This role will be based in our London office, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily logistical functions of the organization.
  • Ensure the secure handling and storage of our extensive wine inventory valued at over £15 million.
  • Collaborate with the COO to maintain strong partnerships with our warehouse providers, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, suppliers, and clientele.
  • Monitor tax implications related to the import and export of alcoholic beverages across all operational markets.
  • Negotiate transportation costs to enhance the logistical efficiency per unit.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by improving service fulfillment.
  • Report on lead times for both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Demonstrated success in operational roles.
  • Highly driven and self-sufficient.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with fine wines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Previous experience in the import/export of excise goods is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is preferred but not required.
