Sterile Processing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for decontaminating and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment, maintaining infection control standards, and assisting with departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Maintain infection control standards and policies
- Assist with departmental operations, including ordering supplies and inventory management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Sterile Processing or Surgical Technician program
- Experience in sterile processing or surgical technology preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
