Product Manager V Lead

At Ursus Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager V Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and developing innovative products and services that enable marketing planning and optimization at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to develop and deliver innovative products and services.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation, and make trade-offs to balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Evaluate business impact vs cost of development of key product and infrastructure gaps.
  • Write PR/FAQs for key product gaps.
  • Partner with Engineering, Science, and Business Intelligence teams to create best-in-class solutions.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Content, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence teams to create best-in-class solutions.
  • Work with Corp-Client to address data and tech gaps.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative products and services.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
