Responsibilities:
  • Gameplay Updates and DLCs: Lead the development of gameplay updates and DLCs for The Sims 4, ensuring they meet player expectations and drive business growth.
  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prioritize gameplay updates and DLCs, using data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Insight Generation: Work with data, consumer insights, and user research teams to identify new opportunities for game expansions and improve the business performance and player satisfaction of gameplay features and updates.
  • AB Testing: Recommend and manage AB tests to improve the gameplay experience and drive business success.
  • Player Behavior Analysis: Analyze player behavior and recommend gameplay features that enhance the player experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience
  • Previous experience launching and optimizing gameplay features for a large title, particularly on PC and/or console
  • Previous experience leading roadmap planning for a large title
  • Analytical background and experience turning data into actionable insights
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • MBA, business, or software engineering background
  • Passion for games, especially Life Simulation games
Compensation and Benefits:

Electronic Arts offers a competitive salary range, benefits, and bonus opportunities. The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in the locations listed. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

BASE SALARY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually

Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $142,900 - $230,000 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Electronic Arts. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
