Senior Lead Product Manager, Lead Ads Solutions

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. As a Senior Lead Product Manager, Lead Ads, you will be responsible for building highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of TikTok users see and engage with. This role is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation client's revenue on TikTok; Enable advertisers to achieve true business value with upper and lower funnel objectives
- Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client's pain points and priorities, lead short and longterm business strategy and implementation plans of responsible area
- Manage the product lifecycle endtoend (bidding tool, user journey optimization, targeting solution, native & Ads traffic combination, etc.), working with globally crossfunctional partners for successful development, gotomarket, operation, and demandgeneration efforts to provide endtoend solutions for lead generation clients
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years experience in online advertising in a product management role, with demonstrated expertise in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a crossfunctional and global role.
