Job Summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our AI Infrastructure Product Management team. As a key member of our Compute Product Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for our AI infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and lead a team of product managers to build and deliver AI infrastructure products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry standard methodologies to ensure compliance and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of AI Infrastructure, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Partner with program management to develop an effective AI infrastructure strategy and commercial strategy that monetizes both hardware sales and software revenue for AI infrastructure workloads.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including customers, industry experts, and internal teams, to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Work with executive leadership to develop a robust GTM strategy and launch new SKUs in different regions.
  • Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Define new KPIs to inform decision making and prioritization.
  • Provide regular updates and interact with executive management to influence the portfolio.
  • Set goals and expectations for performance and work with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the AI infrastructure space.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry standard methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
