Account Manager Onboarding Specialist

The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers who are not utilizing the product yet through proactive outbound calls.
  • Coordinate and conduct Zoom meetings to guide clients through the platform during onboarding.
  • Schedule follow-up interactions with customers for further assistance.
  • Ensure attendance for all scheduled Zoom meetings with clients.
  • Send post-call follow-up emails after every interaction.
  • Participate in all company meetings scheduled.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities are essential, including effective engagement with clients through phone, email, and text.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management, particularly in a technology or software-related field, is preferred.
  • Capability to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily (40+ calls) while upholding professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Proficiency in arranging and managing Zoom meetings, ensuring accurate scheduling and attendance.
  • Demonstrated strong follow-up skills by sending proactive emails and texts after client interactions and maintaining timely follow-ups on scheduled meetings or calls.
  • Dedication to attending all scheduled Zoom and company meetings, actively engaging and contributing to discussions when necessary.
Compensation:

$8,400 - $9,600 yearly
