Your leadership will ensure compliance with all relevant liquor, health, and safety laws, while also managing a team dedicated to excellence in guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external guests;
  • Supervise the operations of all beverage services to guarantee adherence to company policies and all applicable regulations;
  • Evaluate the administrative tasks performed by beverage supervisors for precision and compliance;
  • Assess staffing requirements across all Food and Beverage outlets and support supervisors in making necessary adjustments based on operational demands;
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to set financial targets and monitor the economic performance of the department;
  • Manage personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, and promoting staff;
  • Establish and uphold service standards for each beverage outlet;
  • Act as a representative for the Food and Beverage department in labor-related matters and hearings as required;
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
